Screen Enclosures and More, LLC was founded in 2018 by Noah Johnson, a Florida native and hands-on owner-operator with 20 years of industry experience.
Starting as an installer, Noah learned firsthand what works in Northeast Florida's unique climate—from withstanding hurricane-force winds to handling intense UV exposure and relentless humidity. This deep product knowledge and installation expertise means he knows exactly which materials to specify, how to build for longevity, and who to hire to get every project right.
Alongside his wife Megan, who serves as Office Manager, Noah has built a team of experienced professionals who share his commitment to quality craftsmanship.

What to Expect
When you work with us you can expect to feel comfortable and informed at every step. Here's how the average project goes:

Consultation
We view the space, take measurements, and listen to what you want. Then we provide a quote for the services we discussed.
About a week
STEP 2:
Deposit
Once you've decided you want to work with Screen Enclosures and More, place a deposit to add your project to our schedule
Quotes Valid for 30 Days
STEP 3:
Planning & Permitting
In this stage, we finalize your design, order materials, and pull permits. Permitting is the longest part of this stage.
Up to 3 Months
STEP 4:
Installation
Our crews will install your new enclosure as quickly and considerately as possible. Total time to install depends on weather and complexity.
Typically 1-3 Days
STEP 5:
Completion
We'll walk through the finished project with you, explain features and maintenance, and make sure you're satisfied.
About an hour
Keep in mind that every project is different and yours may progress at a different rate depending on complexity, availability of materials, and weather.

Noah is the founder and co-owner of Screen Enclosures and More. He has over 20 years experience in the industry and remains hands-on in day to day operations.
Megan Johnson
Megan is the Office Manager and co-owner of Screen Enclosures and More. She handles permits, payments, and scheduling, and whatever else needs doing.
Marlee Edgar
Marlee is the Screen Enclosures and More Administrative Assistant and Customer Support Specialist. She's your point of contact when you get in touch with SEAM.
John Brown
John is the Screen Enclosures and More Project Manager. He has 40+ years experience designing and installing screen enclosures. He'll make sure you get the enclosure you want.
Pete Dasilva
Pete is an experienced screen installer and the Screen Enclosures and More Sales Manager. You'll see him out in the community meeting with potential customers.
